- PRINTING: Folder prints face in four color process, bleeds all sides. Print on the coated side of stock. After printing, apply a clear, non-yellowing gloss aqueous coating over the entire surface of the face including pocket. Quality Level 2 Printing Required. CONSTRUCTION: Construct three panel wraparound kit folders with one (1) 4" deep inside pocket at the bottom of the left panel (from the inside) with 3/4" wide construction tab securely glued to the inside of the pocket on the left with a full depth "V" cut at the centerfold. Fold to a finished size of 9-1/4 x 12" with two parallel wraparound folds with the right panel folded in onto center panel, and left panel folded in onto right panel (folds based on inside view of folder). FASTENERS: The center and right panels to be equipped on the inside with a permanently affixed 2" capacity prong type, one piece, rust resistant metal fastener with prongs 2-5/8" center to center. Fasteners must be Remington Rand Kompakt (will not accept glue on type fasteners) or other fastener of similar design, equal quality and durability.
