- All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) in order to be considered for award. All technical questions must be e-mailed to Mike Ash at mikeash@fs.fed.us. No phone calls. NAICS Code: 238350- Will need to be listed on your SAM.gov Registration. USDA Forest Service uses the electronic invoice system called Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) to register go to: https://www.ipp.gov/vendors/enrollment-vendors.htm he work of this project requires the contractor to provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and services as needed to replacement of the boiler and buried LP gas tank installation. Installation of a variable capacity, heat pump heat recovery air conditioning system. The location of this project will be USDA Forest Service, Hubbard Brook Experimental Forest, North Woodstock, New Hampshere. The project range is estimated to between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Project completion is required by June 30, 2019. There will be a site be a visit at the USDA Forest Service Hubbard Brook Experimental Forest on July 31, 2018 at 2:00 PM (Eastern) Proposals will be due August 30, 2018 qt 11:00 AM (Central). The contractor is responsible for periodically checking the website for any Amendments that may be issued prior to the closing date. Twenty (20) perecent bid guarantee, 100 percent performance bond will be required.
