- This document shows the characteristic of a chemical analyzer. Again the requirement is for a dry Chemical Analyzer. This document provides a description of some but not all of the required reagents. This document shows the annual number of reagent test used. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research to determine the types and number of vendors capable of providing 5 or more hospital laboratories with Dry Chemical Analyzers and verious reagents used to test patient samples. 1. Keller Army Comunity Hospital, West Point, NY 2. Rader Army Health Clinic, Ft Myer VA 3. Barquist Army Health Clinic, Ft. Detrick, MD 4. Kirk Army Health Clinic, APG, MD 5. Dunham Army Health Clinic, Carlisle, PA In your brochure / capability statement please provide business types (i.e. Small Business, 8A, Women Owned, Veteran Owned etc. etc.) Also provide whether or not your company is part of a Federal Supply Schedule (i.e. GSA, NASA Sewp etc.). Finally, to get an idea of the scope of the requirement please look over the three attached supporting documents. Interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management(SAM) https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Responses(s) may be viaemail or on company letterhead: include company's name, point of contact,address, phone number, DUNS number, Tax ID and business size.
