- Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, personnel and shall do all things necessary that will result in the completed demolishing of the existing 600 square feet 4 inch thick reinforced concrete. Concrete is reinforced with either wire screen or rebar on the west side entryway. Expose the basement tunnel top that is currently leaking in the basement and waterproof with 60 mil rubber. Insulate concrete with a minimum of 5mm(0.2) closed cell polyethylene foam covered on both sides, double aluminum face barrier against fire, flame rate of 0, and be impermeable. Insulation consists of approximately 600 square feet of the concrete pour. Install new approximately 600 square feet of concrete 4 inches thick to match the previous design that was removed. Add staining and stamping to the concrete similar, texture and design as the London Cobblestone. The site location is Ulysses S. Grant NHS, 7400 Grant Rd, St. Louis, MO 63123.
