- Space and Naval Warfare Center, Atlantic, Charleston, has a requirement to Evaluate & Repair for One Each Brandywine Communications PN 001-0157 Time Systems Precision GPS SN 26334 and SN 26333. The Government intends to Award a Firm Fixed Price Contract to Brandywine Communications located at 1153 Warner Ave, Tustin, CA, the Sole Manufacturer & hold Proprietary Rights for the requirements listed under the Authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy Agency Requirements. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT AND NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES for Items other than the Brand Name, Brandywine Communications listed below. To deviate from the Approved Configuration or Item Description would adversely affect the Standard Configuration & Require Extensive Software and/or Hardware Installation Changes provided for System Sustainment. In order to ensure that the Brandywine Communications Time Systems Precision GPS are returned to their factory operation, Only the OEM can Repair the Units to their Original Condition. If the Government was not to use the OEM, it would cause the Government Lost Time & Additional Costs when other Companies are Unable to Repair, as specified on the attached SSJ. Submit Quote NLT 2:00pm, EST, 25 JUL 2018 or Earlier Include your Cage Code and Tax ID. No Electronic or Hard Copy will be prepared or made available for distribution. Proposal must be Uploaded on the SPAWAR Ecommerce website at: https://ecommerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil & Copy Via Email to: mary.markowski@navy.mil FAR Part 13 applies. The following clauses will be incorporated in the Award Document: FAR 52.245-1 Government Property, FAR 52.245-9 Use and Charges, DFARS 252.245- 7001 Tagging, Labeling & Marking of Government Furnished Property, DFARS 252-245- 7002 Reporting Loss of Government Property, DFARS 252-245-7003 Contractor Property Management System Administration, DFARS 252-245-7004 Reporting, Reutilization & Disposal, and DFARS 252.211-7007 Reporting of Government Furnished Property.
