- SOURCES SOUGHT 1. DESCRIPTION: Texas Military Forces is issuing this sources sought to obtain information from industry regarding interested parties that are able to provide additional military recruiting training services. 2. PURPOSE: This sources sought is seeking the following on interested vendors if there are pre-existing military recruiting training services packages that provide the following or similar: -A comprehensive recruiter training based on the process of leveraging high-impact prospecting, engaging qualified prospect methodologies, and support system tailored to meet ARNG needs in areas of recruiting to include but not limited to: keynote speeches, initial foundation prospecting and recruiting specific training, follow-on recruiting specific training, and a specialized leadership course for Non-Commissioned Officers in charge (NCOIC), maximizing the use of Recruiter Zone as the National Guard Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with an emphases on leveraging high-impact prospects based on Recruiter Station Identification (RSID) and Force Structure, Address, and Zipcode Realignment System (FAZR) data. Utilizing strong data analysis in keystone-based data systems including but not limited to DPRO. - Provide on-site or virtual training in specialized environments such as advanced leadership classes, annual training conferences and workshops, quarterly training briefs, brigade governance forums, and center leader quarterly development programs; to include certifications requested by ARNG. Information regarding industry interest in participation in the services described above, and feedback/comments from industry in regards to providing these type of training services. In addition, all responses to this sources sought shall include: Firm Name, Point of Contact, Contact Information, NAICS Code, and Small Business Classification. This is a sources sought only. No contract will be awarded from this announcement and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information submitted in response to this sources sought. As such, this sources sought is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute any obligation. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future RFP or solicitation, should one be issued. All information received in response to this notice that is marked 'Proprietary' will be handled accordingly. 3. TARGET AUDIENCE: All sources, with the capability as described herein, are requested and encouraged to respond to this sources sought. 4.
