- SOW Aerial Spraying Perform aerial spraying treating water hyacinth, cut grass, water primrose, Cuban Bull Rush (Oxycaryum cubense), alligator weed, salvinia, and possibly some other aquatic weeds and woody vegetation such as tallow tree, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Bids shall contain the per acre rate to perform a minimum of 600 acres and a per acre rate from 601 acres to 1,300 acres, if pricing will increase. The expectation is determine additional acreage prior to completing the minimum quantity. This solicitation is issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). A formal solicitation will not be published. Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. This requirement is 100% set-aside d small business concerns. Contract award is anticipated by July 31, 2018. Forward email quotes to helene.s.mitchell@usace.army.mil no later than 2:00pm, central time July 25, 2018. Include your active SAM registered CAGE Code and DUNS in your email transmission. FAR commercial clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.214-31 and DFAR 252.225-7001 are applicable.
