- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Software Section (DITCO-PL8321), Scott AFB, IL, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Concurrent Technologies Corporation, 100 CTC Drive, Johnstown, PA 15904 for the acquisition of Assured File Transfer (AFT) Systems software support renewal from date of award estimated to begin on July 31, 2018 through April 28, 2019 plus three 1-year option periods. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to provide AFT Systems software support by submitting clear evidence of their capability to provide/perform within 5 days of this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Suppliers may provide correspondence via email at the following address: betty.a.burris4.civ@mail.mil. All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541519.
