Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award sole source agreements to four (4) nursing facilities in the VA Lebanon, PA catchment area for the provision of onsite nursing home services for eligible Veteran recipients currently housed at those facilities. The sole source awards will remain in effect until the facilities agreements are renewed or replaced during an ongoing solicitation action.
