Description
CDRL for commercial series refrigerator This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912JB-18-Q-0061. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The associated NAICS code is 333241 and small business size standard in numbers of employees is 500. This is a firm fixed price requirement for supply of commercial refrigerators. See specifications for additional requirements. CONTRACT DATA REQUIREMENTS LIST : Components of Commercial Series Refrigerator: 0001. Commercial 2 door refrigerator, reach in. Must be self-contained refrigeration. Interior dimensions must be at a minimum 51" Wide, 59" in height, and 28 3/4" Deep. Unit must have 8 shelves; 1 set of 4 per side, and 32 shelf clips. Evaporator unit must not extend more than 5 inches from the top of the interior. Refrigerator must have an external temperature display for the interior temperature. Must have full-height stainless steel doors. May have aluminum exterior and interior. Must have a standard depth cabinet. Must meet or exceed the quality of Continental Refrigerator 2RE model number. Must meet NSF standards. Quantity: 5 ea. 0002. Commercial 2 door refrigerator, reach in. Must be self-contained refrigeration. Interior dimensions must be at a minimum 51" Wide, 59" in height, and 28 3/4" Deep. Unit must have 8 shelves; 1 set of 4 per side, and 32 shelf clips. Must have narrow hinged glass doors. May have aluminum exterior and interior. Must have a standard depth cabinet. Must meet or exceed the quality of Continental Refrigerator 2R-GD model number. (2) Pricing Price quotes must be firm-fixed price. Price quotes must include unit prices and extended amounts for each line item (i.e., multiply the unit price and quantity for each line item). Include the total price (i.e., sum of all extended amounts) in the price quote. Include delivery terms, any discounts, and payment terms (e.g., Net 60) with the price quote. Prices must be valid for 60 days. (3) Technical information/descriptive literature. Quoters must submit technical information (descriptive literature/specifications) that adequately demonstrates their quote meets the salient characteristics requirement in contract line items of this solicitation. A general statement of compliance or restatement of the salient characteristics is insufficient. Ensure the descriptive literature addresses each salient characteristic listed. Descriptive literature information such as illustrations, drawings, or a clear reference, such as a web site information should be readily available to the Contracting Officer. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote and literature. (4) Shipping information. Deliver 60 days after receipt of order. See below for the shipping address. (5) Email address. Quotes that are not submitted to the direct email address of anna.z.sum.mil@mail.mil wll not be considered. The Government may not consider quotes that fail to include all of the information requested in this solicitation. Offers are due at 11:00 am, Eastern Time on 25 July 2018. Email quotes directly to anna.z.sum.mil@mail.mil. Questions are due by 4:30 pm, Eastern Time, 23 July 2018, and must be submitted via email. Questions will not be answered via telephone. It is the vendor's responsibility to monitor this site for any amendments.
