- Description :This is a design build project to repair the housing water tower located in Villaggio della Pace, Vicenza, Italy. The Scope of Work includes 2 distinct repairs including, but not limited to the following: a.The structure has been surveyed and the engineering evaluations are included in Part 6, Attachments. The Contractor shall utilize the reports as a baseline for the minimum required repairs to the structure. Repairs include, but are not limited to foundations, reinforced concrete structural repairs, and associated flatwork/pavements. b. Replacement of the existing water distribution system associated with the tower, provide new safety ladder and provide complete painting of the structure. Magnitude : between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 Period of Performance : 396 calendar days Who can participate : Vendors with a SOA OG1, classification I or higher Site Visit: A site visit will be conducted on a date to be determined. The exact date for the site visit will be indicated in the solicitation.
