- PROJECT NUMBER AND TITLE: E8-47061-8J and E8-47092-7J and E8-47060-8J, Convert Building Heating System to Heat Pump - Longare Bldg. 9, Ederle Bldg. 246, ASP#7 Bldg. 44 DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKS: This is a design build project to convert building heating and cooling systems to heat pump systems at three buildings within the Vicenza Military Community. The intent is to increase the efficiency of the building heating systems. All structures and systems included in this project shall be designed in strict compliance with all Italian and US norms, codes and regulations applicable at the contract award date. The project must be in accordance with the Presidential Decree (D.P.R.) n. 236/2012 and subsequent changes and additions. SOA: OG11 classification I LOCATION OF THE WORK: Camp Ederle, Longare Site and Del Din Site, Vicenza, Italy MAGNITUDE OF THE WORKS: Between $100,000 and $250,000. SOURCE SELECTION PROCESS: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable TYPE OF THE CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price FUNDING: The projects are funded. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 492 calendar days from NTP; 192 calendar days to design the project and 300 calendar days to perform the project. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE: Offerors who performed same or similar construction projects of AT LEAST €100.000 that were completed within 5 years from the date of the solicitation, performed in Italy by the prime. ATIs ARE NOT ALLOWED SITE VISIT AND PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: Will be conducted tentatively in the second week of August.
