- The presolicitation notice document. The Government has a need for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). It is the Government's intent to award multiple (up to 3) firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) task-order contracts in accordance with the procedures of FAR Parts 15 (Contracting by Negotiation) and 36 (Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts). The proposed work is for various building restoration projects for Weather Forecast Offices (WFOs) and radar facility buildings within the National Weather Service's (NWS) Central Region (38 locations in the following 14 states: Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Wyoming). The work could include, but will not be limited to, various types of general construction and construction related tasks. Please see the attached document for more detailed information.
