- Abstract-xlsx-Amendment 003 Abstract PDF-Amendment 003 Attachments - Amendment 003 Solicitation - Amendment 003 PS Form 8203 - Amendment 003 The purpose of Amendment 3 to Solicitation 5A-18-A-0002 is to update the ICAIR solicitation timeline, including updating the Written Proposals Due Date (Phase 1 and Phase 2) and the Phase 1 Routing & Price Proposals Due Date from August 3, 2018 at 17:00 EDT to August 10, 2018 at 17:00 EDT. In addition, requirements, and attachments to the solicitation package are updated. Separately, the Postal Service hereby provide answers to questions submitted in response to the solicitation. All changes made by this Amendment 3 are highlighted in pink in the solicitation package. A list of questions received from potential offerors to Solicitation 5A-18-A-0002, with corresponding answers are enclosed herein. Answers to questions do not change the terms of the solicitation, unless explicitly amended. The Postal Service is planning a follow up WebEx call during the week of July 30, 2018 to provide rate proposal clarification and guidance to potential Phase 1 offerors. Interested parties should identify their representatives via ICAIR19Questions@usps.gov mailbox by Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 17:00 EDT. All other dates, terms, and conditions stated in Solicitation 5A-18-A-0002 remain unchanged. A signed copy of this Amendment form must be included in proposal submissions.
