- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION #: N0017818R6010 Su bmitted by: Jules Ward NAI CS Code: 334511 FSC Code: 5985 Anticipated Date to be published in FEDBIZOPS: 20 July 2018 Anticipated Closing Date: 10 August 2018 Contracts POC Name: Jules Ward Telephone#: 540-653-8131 Email Address: Julie.waizenhoferwar@navy.mil Code and Description: 5985 FSS Radome Sets This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N0017818R6010 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure 14 sets of FSS Radomes. Each set includes two halves and two bottoms according to drawings, 93520 REV D and 93521 REV C. The procurement is based on specifications detailed on the drawings. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 10 August 2018, no later than 3 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 30 August 2018.
