- The U.S. General Services Administration, Assisted Acquisition Service, Region 9, hereby publicizes its award of a firm-fixed-price contract on a competitive basis to Fors Marsh Group, LLC located at 1010 North Glebe Road, Suite 510, Arlington, VA 22201. The contract allows for continuation of services with an ordering period of up to five years, with a one-year base period and four one-year options. The effort will support the Defense Human Resources Activity, Office of People Analytics (OPA), with the following requirements: project management; research, survey, and statistical consultation; sample and survey design; data analysis; programming; public outreach, data distribution, and training; development of survey statistics, briefings, and reports; and technical support and maintenance of survey tools.
