- Questions and Answers Attachment J-1: Statement of Work Revised Amendment 0002 The Library seeks energizing, creative thinking from a firm that will help us enhance the visitor experience of the Library of Congress in a contemporary context-reconsidering our approach to exhibitions and public programs and incorporating lessons learned from other relevant educational/cultural institutions as we move forward. The Library requests proposals for the development of a comprehensive visitor experience master plan (Plan) for the Library's Capitol Hill complex and long-range adaptation, redefinition and improvement plans for spaces in the Library's Capitol Hill buildings. Further details for this procurement can be found in the attached solicitation - 030ADV18R0308. Amendment 0001 The solicitation has been amended as follows: 1) Included a date (6/29/2018) to send a RSVP for the site visit Section L - 52.237-1; 2) Changed the due date for the receipt of questions from 7/6/18 to 7/11/18; 3) Revised Section C (paragraph 4.2 Phase 2: Visitor Experience Master Plan) of the SOW (Attachment J-1) to include building preservation guidelines; and 4) Provided information on how to access the building preservation guides - Section J Amendment 0002 The solicitation has been amended to provide answers to questions.
