NO TELEPHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED The United States Government (USG) Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) proposes to acquire on an other than full and open competitive basis the Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS) Guided Missile and Launching Assembly (GMLAs) Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) Production 3 Requirement for Fiscal Year (FY) 19, FY 20 and FY 21. The Government plans to award a new contract utilizing combined fixed price and cost reimbursement contract types for an estimated 54 month period of performance (inclusive of the FY 19 Base Period, FY 20 Option Period 1 and FY 21 Option Period 2). The maximum quantities for the each FY period of the ATACMS SLEP Production 3 effort is 500 each. Additional supporting efforts include obsolescence, engineering changes, integrated logistics support, systems engineering and program management (SEMP), download/demate, training, data, support equipment and options for potential requirements of new buy missiles, rate tooling, initial spares, and proximity sensor. Under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements," this will be a sole source requirement restricted to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC), Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code 64059 located at 1701 West Marshall Drive, Grand Prairie, Texas 75051.
