- Description
- The US Forest Service, Francis-Marion & Sumter National Forests located in South Carolina has a requirement for the demolition of 8 buildings, including asbestos removal, capping of utilities, removal of septic tanks, shrubs, grading, and seeding of the sites after demolition is complete. The work is located near Huger, SC, approximately 30 miles Northwest of Charleston, South Carolina. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. A bid bond is not required to be submitted with the proposal. A payment bond is required to be submitted by the successful offeror within 15 days of award, a performance bond is also required if the successful offer is in excess of $150,000.00 A site visit is scheduled for Thurs 10 May, 2018 at 9:00 AM see section L of the solicitation for the location.
