- HQ014718R0027_Draft RFP Attachments HQ014718R0027_Draft RFP_19JUL18 The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) releases the draft request for proposal (DRFP), Solicitation Number HQ0147-18-R-0027, for the Agency's Visual Information and Production Center (VIPC) services contract under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) acquisitions. MDA requests industry's input, comments, and questions to identify and resolve concerns regarding the acquisition and to improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities. Questions and/or comments are due to MDA no later than 1700 Central Time on July 27, 2018, and may be submitted to TEAMS_VIPC@mda.mil, subject line "VIPC 2.0 RFP." This draft solicitation is for planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to any contractual agreements or arrangements. This announcement is for information planning purposes only and proposals are not requested. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any procurement of services. This announcement does not constitute a solicitation or a promise that a solicitation will be issued in the future.
