- ATT 2 BPA Call 0001 SOO RFQ attached 24361818R0014 Pricing Worksheet ATT 1 SOO BPA ATT 4 Catering Qualifications Summary Template ATT 3 QASP This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12.102(g) and 13.500(a), and in the format specified in Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is 24361818R0014 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC Number/Effective Date: FAC 2005-96 11/6/2017. The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) is requesting quotes for Catering Services in support of Senior Executive Service (SES) Leading EDGE programs when held at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
