- Notice of sole source contract action J&A The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAD, Eglin AFB FL, will pursue a contemplated sole source firm-fixed price requirement for a Monarch triple screen rugged portable system for the 16 EWS IAW 13.106-1(b) to 3dB Labs, Inc. 9050 Centre Pointe Dr Ste 340, West Chester, OH, 45069-9705. Anticipated award date is 28 Aug 2018. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: Monarch-RRM-X300-XR26G-12TB System, Qty 1 ea The desired delivery for these items will 16 weeks ADC on a FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334515, small business size standard: 750 EMP. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items/services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these items/services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Response and questions shall be submitted electronically to yara.abawi.2@us.af.mil.
