- DCMA has a need for an Online Metals Technical Handbook Subscription. This solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. DCMA contemplates establishing a FFP contract that will include a base and four one-year option periods. The product service code (PSC) is 7610 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 519130 and the business size standard for this NAICS is 1,000 employees. All responsible contractors may submit an offer once the solicitation is issued,which will be considered by the above agency. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation to include listing NAICS Code 519130. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government Is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this pre-solicitation notice, however, a solicitation is Anticipated to be posted, on/or about August 13, 2018.
