- Attachment 5-BASIC SPILL INFORMATION SHEET v 1.2 Attachment 4-ENG FORM 4025-R Attachment 3-Construction Wage Determination 20180601 Attachment 2-CRT-00008-6J Photos Attachment 1-CRT-00008-6J SOW 20180404 W912D0-18-Q-0020 ***THE ENTIRETY OF THE PROJECT IS TO BE COMPLETED IN INTERIOR ALASKA*** The U.S. Army Garrison at Fort Wainwright has a requirement to replace the oil-water separator for building 1610, Donnelly Training Area. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. See statement of work (SOW) and attachments for further information. A site visit will be conducted on 27 July 2018 at 1:00 PM Alaska Time at BLDG 1610, Donnelly Training Area, Alaska. Please call 907-590-4276 for further directions to the site. Failure to attend the site visit listed in FAR Clause 52.236-27 in order identify obvious site conditions does not constitute a valid claim for differing or unforeseen site conditions. Any questions must be submitted by e-mail to the point of contact below no later than 30 July 2018 by 10:00 AM Alaska Time. All questions will be responded to through FedBizOpps.gov (FBO) only. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000.00. Quotes must be received electronically at remodino.s.delacruz.civ@mail.mil. No other method of quote submission will be accepted. Adobe (.pdf) and Microsoft (.doc) are acceptable formats for submitting Quotes. The electronic file must be under 8MB total to ensure it can be received by e-mail. If you are having any issues submitting your quotes, please contact Remo Dela Cruz as soon as possible. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
