- 89503318QWA000008 - Applicable Clauses and Provisions 89503318QWA000008 - RFQ CLINS Western Area Power Administration, Sierra Nevada Region, has a requirement for Travelling Wave Recording Systems GPS Boards in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) 89503318QWA000008 and Attachments. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99. A fixed price contract will be awarded using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures. A fixed price contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industrial Code (NAICS) is 334515 and the business size standard is 500 Employees. Referenced FAR clauses are available in full text at: https://www.acquisition.gov/?q=/browse/far/. Offeror must be registered in the SAM.gov before an award can be made to them. If the offeror is not registered in SAM, it may do so through the SAM website at: www.sam.gov.
