This is a Synopsis/Pre-Solicitation notice: This opportunity is only available to Small Businesses. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Region 1, has a requirement for construction services for the replacement and installation of an irrigation system at McNary National Wildlife Refuge, Burbank, WA 99336 (Walla Walla County). This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and Award will be based on Lowest-Price Technically-Acceptable (LPTA). The Solicitation and associated documents (specifications, drawings, etc.) will be posted to https://www.fbo.gov and available on https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/Default.htm public opportunities on or about August 6, 2018. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications. A pre-proposal site visit date and time will be posted with the solicitation.
