This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005- 99 dated 15 June 2018. This requirement is being solicited as a total small business set asideusing FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.
