- W912EF-17-R-SS39 This Sources Sought annoucement is an update from the original posting (attached) made by Nona Fincher. Solicitation number W912EF-17-R-SS39 is now W912EF-18-R-031. The following changes have been made: Previous language; The Contractor shall provide labor and all equipment in functional condition (computers, video cameras, DVR's, etc.); and any supplies required to conduct counting operations. The Contractor shall provide the means to electronically convey (internet connection, communications software, etc.) count information daily to Corps' designated distribution and archival locations. New language; The Contractor shall provide all labor needed to successfully provide counting services described. In addition, the Contractor shall provide all electronic equipment in functional condition (computers, printers, faxes, video cameras, DVR's, etc.), software (data tabulation and reporting, data storage and archival software, etc.), furniture (desks, chairs, shelving, etc.), including the installation and upkeep of said equipment, and any supplies required to conduct counting operations. The Contractor shall provide the means to electronically convey count information daily to Corps' designated distribution and archival locations. This latter task shall include the installation and maintenance of internet connection accounts through an external commercial provider and associated hardware, communication software, etc., at each count station at all eight dams included under this contract. The response to this notice shall be in summary format and shall not exceed three (3) pages. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result of a response to this sources sought or Government use of any information provided. The Government will not pay for information or comments provided and will not recognize any costs associated with submission of comments.
