- Technical Specifications Solicitation and Instructions to Offerors. Instructions to Offerors must be completed. FedBizOpps Synopsis: The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District is issuing a solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6 to purchase steel equipment containers for Lower Granite Dam, utilizing commercial practices. This is a Firm Fixed Price requirement. The proposed acquisition is a total small business set-aside. Offers from other than small business concerns will not be considered. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 332311 with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees as determined by 13 CFR 121.104. The solicitation documents for this project W912EF18Q0129 have been provided via FedBizOpps.gov https://www.fbo.gov on July 20, 2018. The solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ).
