- RFQ The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue a single, Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This is anticipated to be a competitive. The award will be for Network Critical Taps Gold Support Renewal. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519, Other Computer Related Services. Size Standard $27.5 million. The proposed is for Gold Support Renewal including Advanced hardware replacement and priority technical support. In accordance with FAR Part 8.004(b), if an agency is unable to satisfy requirements for supplies or services from the mandatory sources listed in 8.002 and 8.003, commercial open market sources are permitted to satisfy the requirement. All applicable provisions and clauses are in the attached in the matrix. A Limited Sources Justification is approved and on file. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). Any Authorized Reseller source, capable of providing the service interested in submitting a quote may do so. All responses to this notice shall be submitted electronically to teresa.a.roshau-delgado@usdoj.gov no later than August 5, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. Late submissions will not be accepted.
