- Quote Sheets Hawaii Commissaries Solicitation HDEC05-18-Q-0027 Holiday refrigerated container/trailer rental services at Hickam AFB, Kaneohe Bay MCBH, Pearl Harbor NS, and Schofield Barracks, Hawaii Commissaries. The Period of Performance will be starting as early as October 2, 2018 and end as late as January 11, 2019. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued on July 20, 2018 with a tentative closing date of August 1, 2018. This acquisition is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) under NAICS code 532120. SAM information and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) may be obtained at https://acquistion.gov under the Acquisition Systems tab.
