- Solicitation W91CRB18R0053 The purpose of this solicitation is to procure a new TV Distrubution System on Ft. Meade, MD. See attached solicitation document for specific requirements. THis is a competitive, 100% small business set-aside. Attendance of a site visit is mandatory. Only proposals from Small Businesses, who have attended a site visit, will be considered. The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price. Award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer.
