Description

CAT Turbo Chargers The 11 th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland intends to award a simplified acquisition on a sole source basis to ALBANCAT, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) Only one responsible source is capable of responding due to the fact that ABLBANCAT, has the exact CAT turbo chargers needed in the already pre-existing configuration. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 336390 with a size standard of 1,000 EMP. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose if determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in preparation of any capabilities statements or documents prepared for this notice. NOTE: If documents are sent via e-mail, the contractor will be responsible for validating Government receipt by contacting the Contracting Specialist Justin.m.reffit.mil@mail.mil or Contracting Officer at juanita.hunt.2@us.af.mil.
