- Design Intent Drawings Draft SOW The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) firm fixed price construction contract for tenant improvements. See attached Draft Statement of Work and Drawings for details. This acquisition will be 100% set aside for Small Businesses under NAICS 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction (Size Standard $36.5 Million). The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. All work under this contract will be performed at: Eugene Federal Building – VA Annex, 211 E 7th Avenue, 2nd Floor, Eugene, OR 97401. A Site Visit is scheduled for August 7, 2018 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time. Additional Site Visit information will be available in the Solicitation. The tentative date for issuing the Solicitation is July 27, 2018 and receipt of quotes will be August 17, 2018 and completing contract performance 105 calendar days after Notice to Proceed issuance. The technical exhibits will be available for inspection without charge thru the Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) at www.fbo.gov. No paper copies of this solicitation are available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents. Interested parties must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive a Government contract award. Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must also be current to qualify to receive an award.
