- Request for Quote 1333MF18QNFFP3643 NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Instructions for submitting quotations under this request for quote must be followed. Failure to provide all information to aid in the evaluation may be considered non-responsive. Offerors that are non-responsive may be excluded from further evaluation and rejected without further notification to the offeror. Quotes shall be fully executed and returned on the Standard Form (SF) 18 and any acknowledgements of solicitation amendments on the SF 30. Submit quotations to the office specified in this solicitation on or before the time specified in the solicitation. Email to raynier.camerino@noaa.gov. Site Visits will be accomodated with prior coordination with Raynier Camerino. The contractor shall provide the following information with their quote submission: a. Point of contact name, telephone, E-mail address, and DUNS Number on the SF18 document, page 2 of the attachment. b. Provide a response to the evaluation criteria in accordance with 52.212-2 in this package, page 23 of the attachment. Description of Services: The WCR Portland office has a need for Broadband Internet services located at 1201 Northeast Lloyd Boulevard, Suite 1100 Portland, OR 97232. These services will be used for NON-NOAA Issued devices, Visiting NOAA Staff (NON-WCR) and VTC Connectivity all housed within the WCR Office space. The Scope of work performed by the vendor shall include all vendor required infrastructure (Cabling) from building entry point/interconnection to existing vendor services to WCR Designated installation location of vendor provided Broadband modem (11 th floor data closet). Maintenance services for services calls to keep the broadband services up and running throughout the base performance period and option periods. The performance period will be for a base year, plus 4 option years.
