- This is a request for CNC Router Engraver for IPF Base Alameda. Point of contact for this project is : Scott Vorhees 510-437-3510 Scott.A.Vorhees@uscg.mil and Honorio D Navarro 510 437 3285 Honorio.D.Navarro@uscg.mil. Make sure that your DUNS Number/Data Universal Numbering System is updated / or registered via www. SAM.GOV website. It is mandatory that your DUNS number is active withing SAM website before doing business with the Coast Guard. For Solicitation Package Please download/print the attachments which consists of Combined/Synopsis, SOW ( Statement Of Work), SF18 FORM, and FAR Clause. Read the solicitation package carefully and fill out SF-18 Form and check mark pages 12 and 32 on FAR Clause. Write your DUNS number and Tax ID number on the SF-18 form. ALso attach your own in house estimate sheet with a price breakdown. ***** Important Make sure your DUNS number is updated/ or registered via www.SAM.gov website. It is mandatory that your DUNS number is active within SAM website before doing buiness with the Coast Guard. The Closing Date for Quote Submision is July 25, 2018 at 12pm, Pacific Standard Time
