- Current WD ATTACHMENT 1 TSES FY18 SOW Post Cruise ATTACHMENT 2 Vendor Price Sheet Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD), Norfolk, VA intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for service and material to perform Post Cruise General Service and Repairs on TSES in accordance with the Statement of Work - ATTACHMENT 1 and items identified on vendor price sheet, ATTACHMENT II, for the TSES. The vessel will be located at the pier facility of the SUNY Maritime College, 6 Pennyfield Ave. Bronx, NY 10465 and all work associated with this requirement will take place there per the full Statement of Work (SOW). This CS/S is advertised as Small Business Set-aside in accordance with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.
