Description

The purpose of this amendment is to respond to questions posed. Question 1: Please clarify the conflict in specifications for the Global Vion Side/Guest Chair or equal. The product specifications under 2.5 2.5.7 states upholstered back, stacks 4 high on floor, polypropylene glides. Under 2.1, the Furniture Bill of Materials, Line 18 it states casters, mesh back, does not stack. Please clarify which specification we should follow. Answer: The product specifications 2.5-2.5.7 stand. The description under 2.1 Furniture Bill of Materials Line 18 should read as follows: VION MO, Guest Armchair, Wall Saver, Upholstered Back w/Matching Outer Back Upholstery, Std 4-Legged Base, Glides, Stacks 4 High on Floor M-Fog Frame (FOG) Grade 8 upholstery Seat upholstery one textile Back upholstery a different upholstery Self-Leveling Rubber Cushioned Glides 6335MO Question 2: Bid states that existing furniture needs to be removed (page 5) as they need to stay up and running - who is responsible for removing existing furniture?   If us, can a list of the furniture be provided to determine size of the job? Answer: The awarded vendor will be responsible for removing existing furniture. A list has not been compiled at this time. Question 3: There are panel systems noted in the BOM - is there a layout/configuration of these units are to be built? Answer: See attachment.
