First Article Testing (FAT) is not required for qualified sources for this acquisition. Unit Pricing is solicited for F.O.B. Destination. Shipment must comply with MIL-STD-129R (Standard Practice for Military Marking) and Radio Frequency Identification Requirements (RFID) per DFARS 252.211-7006. The Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ) listed above are not guaranteed quantities and should be used for planning purposes only. Accelerated delivery to the Government is accepted and encouraged at no additional cost to the Government. This solicitation sets forth instructions to offerors and evaluation factors for award. The Government intends to evaluate proposals based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable approach as specified in Sections L & M of this solicitation.
