- 3.7m dish 3.7m dish 3.7m dish 3.7m dish 3.7m dish 3.7m dish 3.7m dish Satellite farm 3.7m dish Solicitation 3.7m dish The government has a requirement to purchase satellite antennas and installation. All responses to the solicitation should be acknowledged on the SF1449, signed and dated and emailed to the POC to be considered. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by August 3, 2018 at 1:00pm EST. All vendors must have an active SAM registration and the assigned NAICS code 334220 to be considered for an award. The place of delivery is 6225 Rock Ave, Ft. Meade, MD 20755 All solicitation documents and/or amendments must be signed and dated to be considered. Also, contractor information should be incorporated in the appropriate blocks of the solicitation and amendments. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO GRAY MARKET ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED. TAA COMPLIANT ITEMS ONLY. Any optional/recommended items or further breakdown of price can be provided on a separate document as an attachment. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluations-Commercial Items- The evaluation factors for this requirement is based on technical, past performance and price. All factors are equal in importance when combined. The basis for award is lowest price technically acceptable with acceptable past performance. Past performance should be submitted as a part of the quote on a separate document (contractor format). The number of pages should be no more than 5 with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
