Proposals are NOT being accepted in response to this draft solicitation. The purpose of this notice is for industry to provide comments, questions or requests for clarifications on the draft solicitation package in an effort to reduce those exchanges once the formal solicitation is released. See the attached DRAFT Solicitation documents (Sections A through M) and submit your comments or questions via email to HCATSPMO@gsa.gov by the end of business day, Friday, August 3rd, 2018. The Government may use the information received in response to this notice to make adjustment or clarification to the solicitation documents. The Government will not provide individual responses due to the administrative burden. Currently, the Government intends to add approximately 30 contractors to HCaTS SB Pool 1 to promote competition and socio-economic diversity to include small businesses with socio-economic status of HUBZone Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), and 8(a) Small Business (8(a) SB).
