- Modification 0029 Justification The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA or Agency), within the United States Department of Transportation (DOT), is seeking to modify Option Year 3 (OY3) of the current National Applications and Technology Solutions Services (NATSS) contract (Contract # DTMC75-15-F-90006) with contractor Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) as follows: the period of performance for Option Year 3 will be modified from one year to one six-month period and two three-month optional periods. In addition, the OY 3 ceiling on the contract will be raised from $12,250,499.60 to $26,662,084.37. This action is necessary because this contract supports on-going mission-critical information technology (IT) support services. SAIC's current option period expires on June 11, 2018.
