Description

Justification and Approval The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA), intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to WEST PUBLISHING CORPORATION, P.O. Box 51611, Los Angeles, CA 90051-5811/ 800 Corporate Pointe, Suite 150, Culver City, CA 90230, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The EOUSA anticipates award of a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis, to WEST PUBLISHING CORPORATION for EOUSA has a need for Prolaw.NET Application Software upgrade. Prolaw software is used to maintain legal in matters and history, tracking and collaborating of EOUSA's General Council Office ongoing cases. In addition to the application software product maintenance is needed to support any ongoing issues with the program that requires access to the Prolaw Portal and or Tech Support. The period of performance is anticipated to twelve(12) months from the date of award. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information in response to this notice may be sent to Terri Long-Miller, Contracting Officer, at terri.long-miller@usdoj.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
