- ELIN attachment Solicitation This is a Pre-Priced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for pickup, repair, test, deliver/reinstall pumps, motors, and compressors in accordance with the scope of work herein. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, tools, facilities and all materials necessary to perform repair, testing, pickup /delivery of various size/type of pumps, motors, compressors specified herein. All repair, test work shall be in accordance with commercial practices of the ROK Government authorities and/or manufacturer's specifications and/or prevailing industry standards/regulations
