Description

Presolicitation Notice The purpose of this pre-solicitation is to notify potential SDVOSB vendors that a requirement will be posted within the next 48 hours. This requirement will be set-aside for SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS concern under NAICS code 325120 in accordance with FAR 19.001 (Non-Manufacturing Rule) and will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This is a total set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (must meet the eligibility requirements in 38 U.S.C. 8127(e), (f) and VAAR 819.7003). Only responses submitted by Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business will be accepted by the Government. Any response that is submitted by a contractor that is not Service Disabled Owned Small Business will not be considered for award.
