Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES UNTIL THE RFQ IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for the information resulting from this posting. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 8), James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), Tampa, FL, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for thirty-two (32) Point of Care analyzers and thirty-three (33) rechargeable downloaders (docking stations) to the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), Tampa, Florida. All work is to be performed in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State and local ordinances, with the FDA and manufacturer s guidelines, and with all terms, conditions, provisions, schedules and specifications provided herein. (see attached). NAICS Code 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing (1000 employees SBA Size Standard) is applicable to this procurement. 36C24818Q9260 is anticipated to be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website on or about 19 July 2018. Quoters should continue to monitor FBO for the RFQ and any subsequent Amendments to that RFQ. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES AT THIS TIME.
