The Government proposes to acquire, on a Firm Fixed Price Five-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 175 each up to a maximum quantity of 1,470 each of a BEARING,ROLLER,CYLI; NSN: 3110-01-084-2368; Part Number: DL3110-T700-004 applicable to the BN UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Forecasted/estimated quantities: Year 1: 175 Each Year 2: 323 Each Year 3: 323 Each Year 4: 323 Each Year 5: 326 Each Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 175 each, 315 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 175 each, 210 DACA with deliveries to CORPUS CHRISTI, TX, 78419-5255. This requirement is restricted to GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY, CAGE CODE: 99207, SKF USA INC., CAGE CODE 38443, MPB CORPORATION INC., CAGE CODE 78118, FAG AEROSPACE INC., CAGE CODE 36069. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the PROCUREX system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: www.dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
