- The Government intends to award a sole source contract pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 to General Dynamics Land Systems Sterling Heights. This procurement is for the active protection system mounting kits and ballast kits. The contract will a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Line Item Numbers. Delivery will be in accordance with the statement of work. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-JUL-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
