- Pre-Solicitation Only. This is for informational purposes. No Solicitation is currently provided. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Bliss, Texas anticipates issuing a construction solicitation in support of the United States Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. General Information: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. Work will includes demolition of asphalt along Forsyth road and construction and expansion of the existing road. Procurement will be solicited as one hundred percent (100%) Woman Owned Small Business set-aside. The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. The anticipated period of performance 120 calendar days after the notice to proceed has been issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction with a size standard of $36.5M. Project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible to receive an award from solicitation and have the NAICS code listed above under Reps & Certs. It is the prospective bidder's responsibility to check the website daily for any updates, amendments or any additional information. Release Date: The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is no sooner than 15 days after the publication of this notice.
