Description
Rock Art Conservation & Conduct a Training Workshop BLM - Utah The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) State-Utah seeks a contractor to conduct rock art conservation treatments at two sites in Washington County, Utah to mitigate graffiti and provide a training workshop for BLM Volunteers. The full details are in the Scope Of Work (SOW) which is one of the attached files. This procurement is a 100% total set aside for small business and it is being conducted under NAICS code 541720 Historic and Cultural Preservation Research and Development Services under which, to be a small business, a company must have $20.5 million dollars or less in average annual receipts in this category. The contractor will be selected by means of best value criteria. The details of that method are in Section VIII Evaluation Criteria of the attached file titled "A04 SOW & RFQ instructions & Evaluation Criteria Rock Art Conservation". The terms and conditions are the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses of a service in the dollar range of Simplified Acquisition Procedures. These are in one of the attached files. This is a federal government service contract and so the Service Contract Act wages and related matters apply. One of the attached files is the Service Contract Act wages and related matters for Washington County, Utah. All contractors wishing to do business with the federal government must have a current entry in the SAM computer systems (https://www.sam.gov) and not be debarred from federal government contracting.
